1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Algostech ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("User", "Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our algorithmic trading services, dashboard, signals, and any associated tools or platforms made available by Algostech.

1.2 Description of Services

Algostech provides AI-powered algorithmic trading services across Forex, Comex, and US equity markets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Automated algorithmic trading via MT5-compatible platforms
• Real-time AI-generated trading signals
• Portfolio performance tracking and reporting
• Risk management tools and capital protection strategies
• Client dashboard access for trade history and analytics

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using Algostech, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where trading in financial instruments or algorithmic trading is restricted or prohibited by law.

1.4 Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Algostech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms
• One person may only hold one active account at any time

1.5 Subscription and Payments

Access to Algostech services is provided on a subscription basis. Plans are available on Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly billing cycles. All payments are processed in USDT via verified crypto wallets. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice.

1.6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our algorithms or signals
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during registration
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our platform or servers
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Engaging in any activity that could harm the reputation of Algostech

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signals, software, trademarks, and materials on the Algostech platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Algostech and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

1.8 Termination

Algostech reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

2.1 No Financial Advice

All information, signals, strategies, and content provided by Algostech are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance.

2.2 Investment Risk

All trading and investment activities carried out using Algostech services are at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Financial markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable
• Algorithmic systems, however advanced, cannot guarantee profits
• Market conditions, slippage, connectivity issues, and broker restrictions may affect performance
• You should never invest capital that you cannot afford to lose
• Leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and potential losses

2.3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that all information presented on our platform is accurate and up-to-date, Algostech makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any signals, market data, or analytical content provided. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

2.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Algostech, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of capital, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

2.5 Third-Party Brokers

Algostech operates in conjunction with third-party brokers and trading platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, failures, or policies of any third-party broker or platform. You are solely responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of your chosen broker and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.6 Regulatory Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Algostech services complies with all local laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your country of residence. Algostech does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your jurisdiction.

3.1 Information We Collect

Algostech collects personal information to deliver and improve our services. The types of data we collect include:

• Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, nationality
• Contact Data: Email address, phone number, city of residence
• Financial Data: Capital amount, trading plan, MT5 account details
• KYC Documents: Government-issued identity documents for verification
• Usage Data: Dashboard activity, login timestamps, feature usage

4.1 General Refund Terms

Algostech is committed to providing high-quality algorithmic trading services. We offer a limited refund window to ensure client satisfaction. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

4.2 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the payment date
• You have not accessed the algorithmic trading signals or activated the trading bot
• Your MT5 account has not been connected or configured through our system
• The request is accompanied by a valid reason and supporting details
• No prior refund has been issued to the same account

4.3 Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:

• Dissatisfaction with trading results or market performance
• Change of mind after signals have been accessed or the algorithm has been activated
• Requests submitted after the 3-day refund window
• Violations of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account suspension
• Losses incurred from trades executed via Algostech signals or algorithms
• Plan upgrades or mid-cycle subscription changes
• Accounts that have received prior refunds

4.4 Refund Process

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

• Email us at support@algostech.com with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name]"
• Include your registered email, transaction hash, payment date, and reason for the request
• Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original crypto wallet within 7–10 business days

4.5 Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current active subscription period. Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period.

4.6 Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us at support@algostech.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate all legitimate disputes and respond within 5 business days.
